What does Doctora write into Eye Cloud Pro?
The exam, section by section: chief complaint, history, entrance acuity, pupils, eom, fields, refraction, tonometry, slit lamp, dilation, fundus, contact lens fit and assessment and plan. Fields that belong to one eye are written to that eye, and the ICD-10 and CPT codes the doctor confirmed are attached to the chart.
Does it change how the tech pretests?
No. Techs keep pretesting the way they do now. Doctora adds to the chart in Eye Cloud Pro rather than replacing what the tech entered.
